Dawn Jordan, Marketing Strategy

Dawn Jordan is an experienced marketing executive who has spent over 15 years helping companies deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. For over 10 years she served as a marketing executive at both English and Spanish-language multi-media companies where she focused on customer acquisition and loyalty, market research, and customer engagement strategy. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Bank of America. During her tenure with the company she established and ran the company’s inaugural Customer Retention Department. Ms. Jordan holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
